HOW DO I CREATE AN ACCOUNT?

When you create an account use your email address as your log in name.  Reserve Wine Club Members automatically get an account when they join. Please use the same email address with which you originally registered as your account login. If you do not remember your account password, go to the “My Account” page, enter your account login (email address) in the field next to "Forgot your password?" and click submit. A new password will be emailed to the email address associated with your account.


 

HOW DO I SEE BILLING INFORMATION?

You may save and update your billing information online in the “My Account” section of the website. You may also call 530-295-9260 or email winesteward@romevalley.com


 

HOW DO I SEE MY PURCHASE HISTORY?

Orders that you place online will be saved in your account. To review them, login to “My Account” and click Past Orders / Order Status. Click on any order number to review specific order and tracking information.


 

HOW DO I CHECK ON THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

Once your order ships, we will email you tracking information which will allow you to connect to the shipping website. If your tracking number is not found, please give the system 48 hours to register the information from the shipping company and make it available to view online.


 

HOW DO I UPDATE MY ACCOUNT INFORMATION?

If your account information changes, such as shipping or billing address, credit card information, login information, you can make changes in the “My Account” section of the site. You may also call 866-708-9463 or email: winesteward@romevalley.com 
 

OPTING OUT OF MARKETING COMMUNICATIONS AND UPDATING AND DELETING INFORMATION ABOUT YOU

We want to communicate with you only if you want to hear from us. If you prefer not to receive direct marketing from us or if you would like to opt out of our rental or exchange of your information please let us know by calling 530-295-9260 or emailing winesteward@romevalley.com  Please be sure to include your full name, email address, mailing address, and specifically what information you do not want to receive. If you would like to update or correct your email address, mailing address or other contact information with us please contact us the same way. If you like, you may use either of the following statements in your message to us:

You may also click the designated link at the bottom of all email advertisements to be removed from future email updates immediately. If you have multiple addresses you will need to Opt-Out for each address in order to be removed from our data base.

Please note that any offline requests to remove or update your contact information may take up to ten days for your email request and 6-8 weeks to process your postal mail request.

HOW CAN I ORDER WINE?

You must be over 21 years of age to purchase and receive wine. All deliveries require an adult signature.

Returning customers

Place your order, then check out using your password protected account information. We've stored your billing and shipping details in our secure files for your convenience. Confirm your order and print the receipt. You will receive a confirmation email sent to the account you have on file.

 

 

 

 

 

 

First time buyers

Add Rome Valley Vineyards products from our Wine Shop to your cart. As you check out, set up your online account using our secure shipping and billing information files. Confirm your order and print the receipt. You will receive a confirmation email sent to the account you have on file.

WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DOES Rome Valley VINEYARDS ACCEPT?

Rome Valley Vineyards accepts Visa® and Mastercard®.  Along with Debit cards that have a Visa® logo.   Personal checks are not accepted.


 

HOW DO I KNOW MY ORDER IS GOING TO BE PROCESSED?

Once you place your order online or by phone, Rome Valley Vineyards will send an email order confirmation to the email address associated with your account. Emails are sent to acknowledge new orders and shipments. Email confirmations are still sent to customers not wanting to receive other email or special offers from Rome Valley Vineyards.


 

WHAT ARE Rome Valley VINEYARDS' SHIPPING POLICIES?

Orders are processed Monday through Friday. Expect orders placed after business hours to take two days for processing. As a result of our location we DO NOT OFFER Overnight orders.  Shipments will be handled by UPS.  Most orders are shipped via ground unless you have indicated otherwise.

Wine shipments require a signature, at the time of delivery, from someone 21 years or older. No wine will be delivered to a visibly intoxicated person, and any person unable to produce age verification forfeits their right to receive the shipment until identification is produced. In such circumstances, the order may be held in storage at a local depot until appropriate identification is produced, or it may be shipped back to Rome Valley Vineyards.

All costs associated with the return to Rome Valley Vineyards due to unsuccessful delivery attempts will be charged to the customer. In the unlikely event of damages in transit, customers are responsible for filing claims directly with the respective third party transit carrier (UPS)

Shipping charges include costs for third party transit and all product-handling costs. Orders are shipped following credit card authorization.

In cases where orders include wine and merchandise, the wine will be shipped separately and shipping fees will be combined into one total amount.
