Delivery Information

Returns& Cancellations

WINE:  We cannot accept returns of alcoholic beverages unless the product is corked.  (Corked wine is wine that has become contaminated with cork taint.) We are also unable to accept return of wine that was damaged due to adverse weather conditions during shipment, or wine that is ordered in error.  Please send an email to Winestewart@romevalley.com to arrange for the return of corked product.

In the unlikely event of damages in transit, customers are responsible for filing claims directly with the respective third party transit carrier (UPS).  A 20% restocking fee will be applied to all canceled orders.

EVENTS AND RENTALS:  Please plan accordingly.  In the event you must cancel an event or rental of the Manor Home, all payments made to date are nonrefundable and all outstanding payments will be due immediately.  Transfers between responsible parties are not allowed.  There are no refunds due to cancellation of your Facility Rent.  Transfer of Facility Rental Date: If you need to change the date of your Facility Rental, a one-time transfer of your rental deposit can be made for a fee not to exceed a maximum of $500.00.  All requests for transfers must be made in writing. You are responsible for any difference from the contracted rate to the current rate of the new chosen date at the time of the transfer. The new date must be within one year of the original signed contract date. Transfers between responsible parties are not allowed. In the event the Guest(s) is forced to change the date of the Facility Rental, every effort will be made by Rome Valley Vineyards to transfer your reservation to support the new date. The Guest(s) agrees that in the event of a date change any expenses including but not limited to deposits and fees that are non‐refundable and non‐transferable are the sole responsibility of the Guest(s). The Guest(s) further understands that last minute changes can impact the quality of the event and/or visit and that Rome Valley Vineyards is not responsible for these compromises in quality.
